support Insulator with heater

The image shows support insulator with insulator heater. The total emitting system is hanging on this support insulator to separate from the collecting system. This is because both having different electric fields. The insulator heater is used for removing moisture content  in the dust present inside the support insulator. because if moisture content is present spark rate will be increased. this may happen to make crack on the support insulator. So in order to prevent cracking in support insulator we are using these types of insulator heater.
